These terms govern your use of mitoloophealth.com, the MitoLoop storefront operated by TheraGrid LLC ("we," "us," and "our"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Who may use the site
The site is intended for adults in the United States. You must be at least 18 to request care through a link on this site. Whether care is available to you depends on the care provider's eligibility review and applicable law.
Our role
We provide information about programs and a way to reach a separate care portal. We do not provide medical care, make treatment decisions, or take payment on this site. If you continue to the care portal, its operator presents its own terms and privacy documents and handles your account, care, payment, and fulfillment.
Medical information
Content on this site is general information, not medical advice or a diagnosis. Using this site does not create a patient-provider relationship with us. A licensed clinician decides whether any treatment is appropriate for you. No treatment or result is guaranteed. For a medical emergency, call 911.
Prices
Prices shown here describe the programs advertised on this site. Any purchase is made in the care portal, which shows the amount to be charged before you agree to pay. If that amount differs from the price shown here, please contact us using the address below.
Renewal and cancellation
Your program renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your care team. Once a month's medication has been ordered, that month's charge can't be refunded. The care portal's own terms govern the details of billing and cancellation.
Using the site responsibly
Do not use the site unlawfully, misrepresent your age or location to seek care, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the site, or systematically copy its content.
Our content
The MitoLoop name, logo, text, images, and site design belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for your own personal purposes, but may not reuse its content commercially without our written permission.
Site availability
We may change or withdraw site content or features. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as is and as available, without a guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Disputes
Delaware law governs these terms, except where your state's mandatory consumer laws apply. Disputes may be brought in a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

We may update these terms by posting a new version and date here. Changes apply to your use of the site after they are posted. Where required by law, we will give additional notice.
